Anthology training can be an indispensable tool in getting you or your staff up to speed in the new Visual Anthology software. Sessions can be customized to your specific needs which allows you to concentrate on the areas where you need a little help and skip over those areas where you don't.
Expert trainers work with your data, on your system via your high speed internet connection while talking you through the processes on the phone as they happen on the screen. This one-on-one approach allows you to ask questions as they arise and gain a clear understanding before you move on.
Anthology currently offers three training options:
- On line training (our most popular) is conducted via your high speed internet connection and phone line.
- On site training is conducted in your store or suitable location. Trainers are there in person to give hands on assistance.
- In-house training is conducted in our facility. Much the same as On Site except you come here. Our training staff offers personal, hands on training in the Anthology software.
