Email Support Request Form

Overview

Anthology Inc provides email support for it's customers with valid maintenance contracts.

If you are having a non-critical problem with your Visual Anthology software and would like to resolve the issue via email correspondence - simply fill out the form below and click the Submit button.

Your request will be sent to our Support mailbox at: support@anthology.com and will be placed in the "Support Queue". At that time the next available Technician will respond to your request. Requests are typically addressed via email - however, the issue you are having may be better addressed by phone. If so, a technician will call. Please be sure to include the phone number where you can be reached.

Please be advised this method of support is not for after hours or emergency issues that require immediate attention and therefore is not intended to replace other types of support offered by Anthology Inc; such as phone-in or pager. The mailbox for these requests is only monitored during normal business hours from 9am to 5pm EST.

All fields on this form are necessary to process your request. Please provide a phone number in the Contact field (Jon Smith, 231-555-1212) if different than the number you have on record with Anthology Support. The version number is found on the Anthology main menu under Help > About Anthology. When the form is complete click the submit button to send your request.
