The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for delivering and coordinating the delivery of Anthology Reach Application Administration services, which is based on Microsoft D365 CRM, to customers. The Technical Services team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Architect with a strong background in building scalable, predictable, high-quality, and high-performance solutions for Microsoft technology. Job Description
The Project Manager defines project objectives and scope and manages implementation activities from the creation of the project planning and initiation documents, including but not limited to project schedules, slide decks, and project governance documents, to the go-live and transition to support services for Anthology implementation projects. In accordance with Anthology’s standard implementation methodology, the Anthology Project Manager drives the entire implementation process to ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget. The Project Manager works with the Resource Manager to ensure the project is properly staffed for project requirements. The ideal candidate will reside in the Pacific time zone.

Summary:
The Senior Manager, SIS is responsible for 1) assisting in practice development, 2) managing SIS service delivery resources, and 3) working with customers as a Service Delivery Manager personally delivering and coordinating the delivery of Anthology Student Application Administration services to Anthology customers. The role involves working closely with other Client Services analysts and Anthology departments in order to provide effective and high quality technical and application support service. Summary:
Looking for a highly skilled Senior Technical Analyst with a strong background in building top-quality scalable, predictable, and high-performance solutions using SQL. Senior Technical Analyst will be responsible for building and maintaining internal and external facing solutions using procedures, scripts, reports, and DTS/SSIS packages. Will work with a team of experienced analysts, architects, and developers to build enterprise level data migration and conversion solutions, custom data deliverables, and integration solutions. Candidate must have excellent analytical skills, as well as solid data base experience.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with customers and internal teams to understand requirements and develop reporting solutions. Present the data in a way that is meaningful to the business.
- Gather business requirements, devise priorities, conduct process analysis, develop business cases, as well as design, develop, and document dashboards, alerts, and reports.
- Provide development support and assistance for customer escalations and issues, including off-hours
- Multi-task many projects effectively
- Responsible for quality and accountability of deliverables
- Prioritize and schedule assignments to meet team deadlines and goals
- Develop new functionality on our existing software products.
- Database development, data integration, data quality, and ETL experience using SQL Server/ Azure Sql Server. Ability to write complex SQL queries is assumed.
- Participate in a small, experienced, energetic team on a rapid development schedule.
- Should be comfortable with direct communication with all levels of technical and business resources.
- Must be able to interact well with multiple priorities in an extremely dynamic environment, initiating necessary tasks and ensuring complete follow up
- Ability to develop reports using SSRS.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Management Information Systems, Business Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in Microsoft SQL Server development.
- 2+ years’ experience in SSRS.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Must have experience completing enterprise data migrations/conversions from one system to another system as a part of implementation.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle phases utilizing waterfall or agile methodologies.
- Experience in identifying and documenting requirements through direct communication with customer
- Experience debugging and optimizing existing SQL scripts
- Solid knowledge of SQL Server 2016, Azure SQL Database with development of complex stored procedures, views, Azure Data Factory and other SQL objects.
- Performance tuning, code profiling, code review, hands on experience using Best Practices
- A resource with C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET would be a bonus; interest in learning new technologies is required
- Knowledge of Microsoft PowerBI and/or Microsoft Dynamics AX is beneficial
- Knowledge of Higher Education, Student Information Systems, CRM Systems is a plus
- Strong oral and written communication skills as well as strong organization skills are essential

A Support Analyst is responsible for supporting the Anthology customer base with any application related issues. The role involves working closely with other analysts and departments in order to provide effective and high quality technical support service. The Client Services department consists of various specialized teams with a wide range of functions and responsibilities. The right candidate for this role has a passion for customer service and embraces a customer-centric attitude in all aspects of supporting our customers.
Role and Responsibilities
The Support Analyst is responsible for providing Level 1 application support for Anthology software, including:
- Account ownership and customer-centric mindset for all designated/assigned customers.
- Incident creation, routing, tracking, updating, escalation, resolution and completion in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintaining basic knowledge of current versions of the company’s proprietary applications such as CampusVue Student, Talisma CRM, Talisma Fundraising, etc.
- Quickly establishing rapport, gaining and maintaining credibility with diverse audiences.
- Following established guidelines and industry best practices to resolve customer issues.
- Providing prompt and consistent follow-up on all unresolved issues and recording all actions in the approved help desk system, ServiceDesk.
- Escalating issues to Senior Support Analysts and Management as appropriate.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Demonstrates proficiency in SQL and Crystal Reports; can create and troubleshoot SQL views, stored procedures and functions at basic levels.

The Technical Account Manager is the trusted technical business advisor to clients, providing guidance around operations and optimizations of their IT infrastructure in regard to Anthology’s products. Technical Account Managers (TAMs) are assigned specific customer account(s) to: build the technical support relationship between the client and Anthology, provide consulting and guidance, provide emergency solutions while escalating priority one issues, and serve as a primary technical liaison across internal departments. More than a technical point of contact, a TAM is a personal advocate working on clients’ behalf to help proactively prevent issues before they arise as well as escalating and driving the resolution of incidents that do occur. Focus on partnering with customers by maintaining a long-term relationship and clearly understanding their technical challenges, corporate infrastructure, and key business drivers. This includes leading customer meetings and quarterly reviews, reviewing customer business practices and existing data, preparing weekly status reports, managing daily calls and meetings, and disseminating information internally to management and stakeholders. TAMs can also provide a development component in writing ad-hoc scripts, building automations with workflows, or custom reporting and more.
