Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received on or before 15 September 2023, in accordance with this Cancellation Policy, will be eligible for a refund of the Conference Fee, less the Processing Fee (“Processing Fee”) of 30% of the amount paid. Any cancellations received after 15 September are not eligible for a refund of any Conference Fees. Cancellations must be submitted via email to Event Headquarters at [email protected]. Phone cancellations will not be accepted. There are no exceptions to this Cancellation Policy.
Credit card refunds will be processed within approximately three (3) business days and cash refunds within approximately ten (10) business days. Anthology reserves the right to cancel any Event-related program and assumes no responsibility for any personal expenses incurred by any Attendee in connection with such cancellation.
