Help AI is your new assistant inside Anthology—powered by generative AI and designed to leverage help documents, best practices documents, and more to assist you in quickly understanding how to use the system. Whether you're setting up a course, learning about features, creating job aids, or just want a better way to get quick assistance, Help AI is here to walk you through it.
Just type your question using everyday language and Help AI will guide you through the answer—often with step-by-step instructions, tips, and even helpful comparisons if you’re weighing options.
What Can I Ask It?
You can ask Help AI things like:
- “How do I set up a course?”
- “What’s the difference between FAA and base financial aid?”
- “Why should I use Faculty Workload Management?”
- “How do I integrate FWM with Payroll?”
- “Write me a basic job aid on configuring a program version.”

How accurate is Help AI?
In testing, Help AI answered 93% of questions correctly. Asking clear questions helps it give better answers the first time.
Does it learn from what I ask?
No. Your questions aren’t saved or used to train the AI. Only you can see your chat history, and it disappears after seven days. It does use your chat history to refine an ongoing conversation, however, so if your conversation is going off target, clearing the history can let you start over fresh.
Can it help with questions that cross systems, like SIS and ERP?
Yes—as long as there's documentation in the system, Help AI can connect the dots.
