Our focus

Teaching and learning are at the core of every higher education institution. Instructional, learner-focused strategies and teaching modalities regularly fill academic journals and newsletters. This impact area team works to foster discussions and practices around critical topics, including the use of AI in classrooms, and how institutions create accessibility learning programs. The team tracks how policy makers and legislation are impacting the digital teaching and learning space and institutions. A special focus will be on community colleges and HBCUs. The team regularly receives updates related to policy and legislative issues that impact teaching, learning, and accessibility.
