Anthology Apply Propels Coppin State University to Highest Admission Yield in Half a Decade
Coppin State University (CSU), an Anthology client, has reported an impressive five-year high in admission yield after implementing the company’s innovative admissions-focused CRM solution, Anthology Apply, at the start of the fall 2021 recruitment cycle. CSU saw a distinct increase in applicants who went on to be admitted to the institution (46 percent vs. 41 percent prior year), as well as a significantly higher rate of admitted students who went on to enroll (29 percent vs. 19 percent prior year). As a result, the overall admission yield saw a sizable uptick in total applicants who went on to enroll in the institution for fall 2021 (13 percent vs. 8 percent prior year).
Looking beyond the substantial year over year improvements, the story is extremely positive for CSU and Anthology Apply. Prior to the COVID-related dip that many institutions saw in fall 2020, the admission yield for CSU had shown a downward trend over the past few years, with the number of admitted students who went on to enroll in the institution dropping several percentage points.
