Policy Statement on Equal Employment Opportunity

Anthology is committed to equal employment opportunity and will not discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, mental or physical disability, sexual orientation, protected military/veteran status, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, marital status, genetic information, or any other legally protected characteristic. It is Anthology’s policy to provide equal employment and advancement opportunities to all qualified individuals.

All personnel actions, including compensation, benefits, recruitment, hiring, training, and promotion of persons in all job titles, are administered without regard to any protected characteristic, and all employment decisions are based solely on valid job requirements. We will provide qualified applicants and employees with disabilities with reasonable accommodations, as required by law. Anthology also prohibits retaliation or punishment against employees and applicants for filing a complaint, opposing any discriminatory act or practice, assisting or participating in any manner in a review, investigation, or hearing regarding Anthology’s employment practices, or otherwise seeking to obtain their legal rights under any Federal, State, or local EEO laws. Prohibited retaliation includes, but is not limited to harassment, intimidation, threats, coercion, or other adverse actions that might dissuade someone from asserting their rights. We are dedicated to maintaining a workplace where all individuals feel respected, valued, and empowered. Our policies prohibit harassment of any kind.

As a US federal contractor, Anthology complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and executive orders, including:

  • Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, which prohibits discrimination against individuals with disabilities and requires affirmative action in employment practices.
  • The Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974 (VEVRAA), which prohibits discrimination against protected veterans and requires affirmative action to employ and advance qualified veterans.

While previous obligations under Executive Order 11246 have been rescinded as of January 21, 2025, Anthology continues to uphold the principles of equal opportunity and non-discrimination in all aspects of employment. We encourage all employees to bring their authentic selves to work and to contribute to our culture of equity and inclusion.

This policy has the full support of Brian Hoffmann, Chief People Officer, who has assigned responsibility for its implementation to Ginny Orme, EEO Coordinator. A copy of the Equal Employment Opportunity statement that reaffirms Anthology’s commitment to individuals with disabilities and protected veterans is posted on the intranet and in the office in a form that is accessible and understandable to an individual with a disability.
