Anthology Customers Can Advance their Knowledge with Anthology Academy

On the heels of its first user conference, Anthology has announced a brand new educational resource for all of its higher ed customers. Anthology Academy, an ever-expanding digital library of valuable content, will not only provide basic training for new users of Anthology products, but will also allow unlimited strengthening of Anthology product skills and knowledge.

Anthology customers of all skill levels can benefit from the Anthology Academy curriculum, which is available to all customers. A wide selection of on-demand short videos, as well as product documentation and walkthroughs, are included at the “Essential” level, making it an indispensable resource for customers who are implementing the solutions, or for seasoned users who need a refresher to get the most out of their Anthology products. Courses range from basic to advanced, so there is something for everyone.

“This is a constantly growing training resource that will allow our customers to consume what they want, when they want it,” explained Dr. Nicole Melander, vice president of education services at Anthology. “Not only will Anthology Academy be an invaluable resource for initial implementation; but once you get beyond the basics, there is a whole world of possibilities to reduce time to competency and enable high job performance.”

The resources don’t end with implementation and admin content. For customers interested in leveling up, Anthology Academy also boasts two subscription tiers, which come at a nominal investment. The Enhanced package includes all the implementation training materials, while also adding resources to help with the training of new users, offering instructor-led events alongside other Anthology customers, and featuring role-based learning plans. If that is still not enough for those who are thirsty for knowledge and product optimization, the Enhanced Plus option takes things even further, unlocking the ability to incorporate customer-specific content, customize learning plans, issue skill badges, and more.

“A little time spent learning can equal a lot of time saved doing,” said Chief Operating Officer Kevin H. Knight, when asked why the Anthology Academy is such a valuable asset to customers. “If our users feel more confident in their ability to engage with our products, they’ll get things done faster and with greater efficiency. It’s a win/win for our customers and for us.”
