Soliciting Feedback from Academic Administrators with 360 Leadership Analytics

Soliciting feedback from our academic leaders is a necessary and vital component in ensuring an inclusive workplace environment. Creating, executing and analyzing strong surveys that will solicit constructive feedback can be both time-consuming and challenging. The 360 Leadership Analytics for academic administrators and department chairs identifies opportunities for growth observed by core constituents and combines those with self-assessment results to gain a holistic view of perceptions of performance and development. This webinar provides a brief overview of each of the surveys and their accompanying reports. We will also hear from Brandy Hawkins, Executive Director of Accountability at Angelo State University, on her experience using our surveys.
